Purple Cowboy Tenacious Red 2013
"The grapes for Purple Cowboy come for the most part from Paso Robles, the largest AVA in San Luis Obispo County on California’s famed Central Coast. Over the years, Paso Robles was known for producing structured Cabernet Sauvignon, in more recent times a group of winemakers known as the Rhone Rangers has garnered attention with Syrah, a grape well-suited to this warm region. The appellation is sometimes called Cowboy Wine Country, owing to its previous identity before winegrowing as a ranching and farming area." -Winery
I enjoyed this wine. i bought it just for its crazy name. Not bad for the price. Cheers!
I tried this on a recommendation and expected far more. Don't get me wrong, this is a decent wine it just didn't wow me.
