Purezza is one of the prestigious red wines from the A Solatio winemaker in Tuscany. The name comes directly from the vinification method in the "purity" of Sangiovese grapes , produced in the extent of 50/70 quintals per hectare , which ensure high field selection and quality of the finished product in the cellar. A long maceration and aging in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months, further increase its attributes . Thereafter, the Purezza rests in bottle for additional 8 months before being ready for tables. Ruby color , intense and brilliant, with ample aromas of ripe fruit and floral notes in which you may recognize plum , blackberry and subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate the wine is well-balanced , warm, with a nice feeling of freshness that extends the persistence of smoothened and softened tannins. The latest fragrance notes reveal a certain minerality ' and hints of underbrush . For the known expressive difficulty of the grape, this Sangiovese is produced only in the best years It paris well with grilled meats and Tuscan pecorino cheese. It requires the opening 3/4 hours before consumption . Serving temperature 16/18 ° C. here's the link to the site http://www.i-tuscany.com/wines/purezza-di-sangiovese.html
