Puligny Montrachet Premiere Cru Sous le Puits Domaine Dublere 2007

Member Review by cyril:

Drunk as an aperitif. Nose still marked by the oat, hazelnut. The buttered side is obvious, but superbly sharpened by minerality. The hint of lemony acidity that makes me prefer Puligny to Meursault. On the palate, the vanilla opened the doors. Then the fruit emerges beautifully as a flint, highlighted by a refreshing bitterness. The final announces that the desire to serve again. Maturity: Now -> Wait for 2-3 years The barrel is marked but pleasant. Bottle ends just started now. The still perceptible tension promises for less impatient.
