Puligny Montrachet Dom Corton André 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

This lovely Château in Aloxe Corton had been sleeping for several years. Under new Managing Director Benoît Goujon and a talented young Oenologist Ludivine Griveau, times have changed. Bought by the Ballande family, who also own Prieuré-Lichine in Margaux, the operation now oversees lots of different Corton appellations and a total of 4-5ha in reds, 1 in whites. In total, they have access to and manage 95ha of vines. Jancis Robinson wrote of this wine: «Refined and focussed nose - pretty sleek and with lots of steely fruit. Admirable purity. 16/20. Drink 2011-14 ».
