Like most of the Pulenta Estate wine that we've drunk, this one's not bad.

A few years have given a wonderful complexity to this sleeper from Pulenta, with sweet lemon curd overcoming any unwanted tartness and a charred finish. (AV 89, http://argovino.com/?p=308)

Super bright, light bodied and bursting with tropical fruit. Pineapple guava dead center (I know, obscure fruit reference, but my neighbor has a tree and I get a load of this every year). When the summer nights get really warm and you are eating al fresco, this is the wine to start the night with appetizers. Dinged only on complexity and the ageability, there is no need to ask for more.
