User Reviews for Prum/Jj Riesling Spatlese Graacher Himmelreich

Winemaker's Notes:

93+ points Fine Wine Review: ...simply brilliant, showing slate and some leesy aromas in the nose, a medium-weight body with excellent acidity supporting the slate, mineral, and melon flavors that make this an excellent example of Himmelreich. The acidity balances perfectly against the sugar and keeps the wine from being too sweet. I'm happy to drink the wine now (I've never had the problem with young Prüm wines that some do) or to let it age for 7-10 years before starting to drink it. 9.0% stated alcohol. (Issue #135/136; 2012)
