Provenance Wines Chardonnay 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

Appearance: Brilliant pale straw with a green hue. Nose: The very fine and elegant nose displays floral and citrus fruit aromas coupled with a subtle almond-like oak character. A creamy lees influence adds further complexity. Palate: True to aroma the flavours are pretty and fresh. Citrus and white peach characters are beautifully balanced leading to a rich yet fine, integrated long finish. A pristine, generously flavoured fine wine. Food Matches: White fleshed fish, risotto.
