Provenance Vineyards 2004
olives, beautiful delicious olives in the first whiff as i opened the bottle! I had a delish dinner of moroccan tagine style chicken and i wish this wine had been there. Only a day late
Big merlot. Mouthfilling berry notes nead to a supple tannic finish. I liked this wine, would definately hold its own to Cabernet lovers. Perfect for a group into red wines but all have different tastes... Great with fatty cheeses and even a tomato sauce or two. Worth it.
We bought one bottle to try, our local brought some in and is having trouble unloading it, if we liked it he is willing to make us a special deal. We like it and hope to make a large purchase!
Four and a half glasses
