Protos Joven Roble 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Look: Cherry with purple rim. Smell: Subtle red fruit aromas with underlying hints of vanilla from the wood. Taste: Drink it at 15°-16° so as not to miss out on its fruity hints which leave a long, elegant aftertaste.

The project continues growing: In the town of Anguix (Burgos), Protos has acquired a winery that has the latest cutting-edge technology. It can produce up to three million kilos of grapes, of which 1.5 million kilos go through the sorting table. Read less
