Promisqous Red NV
Wine Tasting Notes May we present a casual dalliance with more than one partner - a provocative blend of: Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and mixed red varietals. Aromas of ripe red and dark berry fruit, slight black pepper/white pepper, creme de cassis. Food Pairing, Suggestions, Additional Comments? Meat. Grilled. Roasted. Pan-seared. Game that youve hunted yourself. Burgers. Pizza. Wild salmon. Pasta with a lot of mushrooms or sausages. When youre in a red wine mood and want to drink a red wine thats not so ridiculously serious. Practice safe sipping.
dissappointing. Not much structure and way too light for my palate. And I enjoy lighter reds. Not much to it. Go for the Raymond Field Blend Lot #7 for just a few dollors more. It's well worth it.
Bought it for the cool label and was surprised we liked it. Great conversation piece, good value.
Saw this in a Target in California of all places while on vacation. Took perusing 4 liquor stores back in NY before I found it. The search was worthwhile. Quite the different blend. An almost sweet light start with the dry finish necessary from a red. Love it.
I enjoy red table wines. This one did not disappoint me. Plan to buy more.
