Tasted August 2008: This bottle was entirely ready: a mature, beautiful wine with a noble exotic character in the bouquet and the taste.
Tasted March 2008: Very good wine. Huge colour with some ripening at the edge, rich legs. Extraordinary bouquet that needs extensive aeration, rich and refined at the same time. In the mouth slightly too sweet but marvelously fruity and ripe and with a lovely mouth feel. Still quite oaky, but not obtrusive. A noble Languedoc wine. Best before 2011.
