($45; these vines on quartz gravel yielded less than a ton of fruit per acre) Opaque black ruby. Deep, meaty aromas of roasted black raspberry, mocha and milk chocolate. Lush, sweet and stuffed with fruit; flavors of wild dark berries, dark chocolate, coffee, mocha and meat. Has just enough acidity to maintain its shape.
