Preston Vineyards Madame Preston 2007

Member Review by Richard Foxall:

We had this the other night at a restaurant. Usually it's a struggle to finish a bottle, just the wife and me, in one sitting. Not this time. We had to walk it off before we went home, but it was worth the extra hour of babysitting time. A little floral, a little creamy, a little minerality, a little peach, a little lemon, a little unctuous feel. As soon as I ran into it at the store, I bought a bottle for home. That's a compliment, because even if I like a wine, I don't always buy more. Oh, and I guessed Rhone varietals right off the bat. Like that--a white Rhone, made in my backyard.
