This excellent Sauvignon Blanc has the edge in richness and depth over most of its California competitors, without sacrificing anything in terms of crispness and freshness. Unapologetic, assertive Sauvignon Blanc with smokey, tangy herb-tinged honeydew, grapefruit and tart fig flavors, excellent ripe mouth feel, crisp texture, and clean finish. Fairly priced - if this wine were in the $15 range it would be a case-worthy steal.

I'm not usually a big SB fan but this was fun. Varietal Grapefruit and grass were complimented by elderflower which mad it much more enjoyable. The wine had great acid both at front and back. The midpalate was full of peach and pear flavors, offset with an interesting brothiness that made the mouthfeel a little richer before ending in a long savory and fruity finish.

Yummy, medium-bodied sauvignon blanc has rich aromas of melon, fig, and hay. Flavors of melon, citrus, and cream round out the midpalate, while the finish remains crisp and lively. Very nicely done. Organic grapes.
