Presidential Late Bottled Vintage Port 2000 - 01/30/09

Less lush and welcoming than the other LBVs reviewed for this issue, C. da Silva's Presidential brand instead shows more acidity and tannin. The result is a crisp, pepper- and plum-flavored Port with a slight rancio quality.
