Prager Riesling Smaragd Achleiten 2007
I tasted this wine at Masa's in San Francisco. Big thanks to the sommelier, who, I must say, is a master. I am sure at least half a star of this restaurant is his. The wine has a very good balance, both mineral and fruity, with and excellent sense of equilibrium and a nice finish. You can almost feel the grapes crushing in your mouth, yet this fruit sensation is subtle enough to let all the other aroma play together. This is clearly an *excellent* quality wine, and you can feel the producers are not there for fooling around.
