Winemaker's Notes:

Vinification Method: After two days macerating in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, it is drained into 21.000 litre French wood casks, where the fermentation process is carried out at a controlled temperature. Before fermentation has finished, it is moved into American oak casks, where the process is allowed to end, and remains there for three months with weekly stirring of the wine until it is later bottled.<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l

PradoRey:
Prado Rey is a state-of-the-art winery located in Ribera del Duero, Spain. This immense estate has 520 hectares devoted to drip-irrigated vineyards, with a facility that is largely run by solar power. The wines are traditional local styles, in red, white, and rosé. The reds are available in a selection of age designations from Crianza to Gran Riserva.
