It's just not full bodied at all..No earth tones..blah wine. Although my Vinturi helped a bit, just not enough. Might be good for Sangria... just glad i bought only one bottle! :(
This syrah was still fairly green. For a syrah, it was not smooth or velvety, there was minimal fruit...bordering on none. I decanted for 45 minutes, perfect temp...just not a lot in the wine. No serious defects, just green and without any real benefits. I will not buy this wine again - life is too short for mediocre wine!
