Pousse d'Or Chambolle-Musigny les Feusselottes Premier Cru 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

90-94 points Fine Wine Review: The Chambolle-Feusselotes is lighter and more elegant than the Groseilles with violets and excellent length and freshness. (Issue #139; 2013) 92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): This offers both a small step up in aromatic elegance and a marked step up in complexity with ripe scents of cherries, red and blue pinot fruit, spice elements and wet stone hints. There is really lovely purity of expression to the intense, delineated and vibrant medium weight flavors that culminate in a balanced and strikingly long finish. A classic Chambolle of finesse. Drink: 2019+. (Apr 2013)
