Blended from three vineyards within the Franschhoek Valley, and one vineyard outside Franschhoek, where the vines rangebetween 6 to 12 years old. There was also some fruit fromseveral vineyards outside the valley. 2003 was a coolervintage than 2002, a better Sauvignon vintage. Pale with hints of green. Immediate inviting nose ofgooseberries and tropical fruit. Lively entry to the palatewhere more of the varietal characters persist. Fresh andforwards, crisp and well balanced with good mid-palateweight and generous length. Good lunchtime Sauvignon.Drink within two years of the vintage.
