Winemaker's Notes:

Delivers a bright red color with intense aromas of damp earth and raspberry. Red cherry, raspberry and allspice dominate the front palate as mushroom and alittle toasted oak are present on a long, velvety finish. Allow this wine to breathe for one hour before serving alongside mushroom or truffle risotto, coq au vin or game dishes like rabbit loin.
