RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
Pale yellow in color, its palate is creamy smooth, with a touch of citrus fruits.

A rich, round style, open and inviting with its grapefruit, peach and honey notes. Stays focused, though the finish fades a little too quickly. Drink now. -BS Wine Spectator. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Pommery Pop Brut Earth 750ml
In an attempt to lighten the image of Champagne, Pommery has gone for a light style of wine and an equally light name, which harks back to the 1930s description of Champagne. Luckily, it is not all marketing, and the wine is good, with some bottle age, along with a poise and charm, which certainly works.
Itrsquo;s good that Pommery has given this wine some bottle age, despite the young image the label suggests. The result is dry, but with less fruit and more secondary toast and nut flavors, a finely textured wine. It also has some weight, which balances the acidity well.
