Yeasty nose, with light wet dog. Crisp and yeasty. Smooth lemon. Slightly simple, but pleasant. Light biscuit. $55

'Delicate and fresh, with lots of apple and dough flavors and crisp acidity. Very long and flavorful on the finish. 9,300 cases made.'

Dusty and smoky on the nose, with hints of apple and cinnamon. Quite a yeasty wine, with plenty of spice and herbs accenting standard Champagne flavors. The finish is light and easy, with just enough sweetness to add some charm.
