Winemaker's Notes:

This classic chardonnay comes from fruit grown in several Bussia vineyards. It starts its fermentation in stainless-steel then completes it in French-oak barriques. It then ages in 100% new French-oak barriques for 12 months. The “Bussiador” is a wine with a good structure and good body, and so it can stand a long ageing. "Complex, ripe aromas of papaya, citrus peel, quince, marzipan, butterscotch and verbena, with a note of crystallized pineapple emerging with air. Dense, layered and quite dry, with the oak element giving way to purer mid-palate fruit. Fat and silky but not a powerful style. Finishes with a note of nutty oak and fresh acidity..." IWC 12/11
