Our estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with scents of anise, sweet white (net) pepper, thyme flowers, blackberry jam, Chinese five spice and a hint of smoky oak. The first sip fills your mouth with bright, ripe black cherries, baker's chocolate, coffee and anise, with a satisfying softly smoky chewiness. This rich, ripe Cabernet closes with flavors of blackberry cobbler, black licorice, cracked black pepper, with a lingering finish of sweet flowering herbs. Ample structure ensures a long life of at least 10 to 15 years.
