A touch heavy on the nose with an underlay of dried herb tones and some apple blossom fruit. Spritzy on entry, this has enough acidity to keep it balanced. It does lack some height in the mouth and is rather languid on the palate, with a soft richness to the lemon cream and key lime pie flavors. The finish shows a nice edge of minerality that lifts this up a notch, along with a long, lingering apple blossom note. This may just be a touch too fat today but it does show promise on the finish. 87pts

Complex aromatics of spicy green apples with minerally slate and lemon rind notes. Finishing with a firm acidity which carries the length of the palate but balanced by the depth of fruit. Strong citrus flavours with a spicy edge and a long finish.
