A good everyday wine that would go well with BBQ - fruit forward and great wine for the price

Wine Enthusiast ReviewThe emphasis here is on the purity of fruit. A blend of Nero d'Avola, Merlot, Syrah and Cab Franc, this is a forward wine with cheerful red fruit, hints of fresh green herbs and sweet spice aromas. In the mouth, it's smoothly textured and easy to drink, with a touch of ashy minerality to the finish.

A blend of mostly Nero D'avola with dollops of Merlot and Syrah. This is a big, easy-drinking introduction to the pleasures of Italian wine. Distinctly and unapologetically fruit-forward yet not simple. The fruit is draped over sufficient structure to keep it all interesting and the plum and cherry fruits benefit greatly from the distinct spicy notes that Syrah brings to the blend. Great with burgers.
