A blend of French Coloombard with another native variety, Ugni Blanc, Colombelle has a lovely lemon-lime bouquet and apple peach and melon flavors. Its zesty aromas send a wake-up call to the senses! Being fairly low in alcohol, Colombelle is ideal as an aperatif as well as with first courses. It is a perfect white wine for casual sipping during holiday parties.Cheese Pairings: Brie de Marze, FetaFood Pairings: Apricot Cured Prok Chops, Asparagus Crustless Quiche, Strawberries
