Lots of dark berry fruit here - cassis and cherries - and subtle dried herbs. Medium-bodied with mocha, cola, and vanilla notes, this finishes with a good tannic structure, making it great with rich, hearty fare. We tasted it with grilled flank steak and it made a marvelous match.
