Light, lemony, and crisp with medium bead and a bright finish. We had it with roast chicken with garlic and herbs and an assertive salad, and it held up beautifully with that food. Would be better with food than without, and with heavier food (roasted chicken, even a curry) than delicate food.

Straw golden with a broad stream of pinpoint bubbles, aromas of creme brulee and baked apples, creamy star fruit and honeyed caramel notes linger elegantly.

    This wine was a pale straw color in the glass. The nose has some nice aromas of biscuit, yeast, and minerals. Nice medium mousse on the palate with potent acidity. Citrus fruit notes throughout. Nice long finish that goes on for a minute or so. I like the way the flavors and components fit together and balance each other out in this wine. Very good, 4+ out of 5. This wine can sometimes be found on special for less than $30, which presents a great quality to price ratio.

    Off-dry, lending a roundness and lushness to the toast and honey flavors. Balanced on the soft side, if you like a touch of sweetness in your bubbly, this is the ticket.

    The Piper Heidsieck Cool Box contains one 750mL bottle of Piper Heidsieck Brut Champagne. The Cool Box is a metal bottom with transparent plastic top. The Cool Box will keep your Champagne cold for up to two hours. In addition to the practical use

    A sparkling clarity, pale gold in color. The very first impressions are of bright, fresh mornings. It is reminiscent of spring blossom such as hawthorn. They lead into more fruity notes such as summer apple and pear, then citrus, with hints of warm toastiness. On the palate the first impression is lively and fresh. The citrus notes take on a certain maturity. There is passion with gentleness, lightness with spontaneity.

    A gorgeous, toasty nose leads to candied citrus, honey and toast flavors in a medium-bodied, sumptuous profile. Very accessible and full of warmth and personality, with fine length.

    The non-vintage Piper-Heidsieck Brut is soft but still very dry, with acidity tamed by both fine, mature fruit and a creamy texture; a very fine, tasty wine.
