Distinct apple and lime, crisp and refreshing with fine beads. Lasts well too!
The bottle we opened had been aged several years at least. The nose was a deep rich coffee and the well-structured body was full of nuts and caramel. A great example of what aging Non-Vintage champagne can bring you.
Crisp red apple and other red fruits, decent bubbles, darker color than you would expect from a rose, nice drinking experience, recommended 88 pts would buy again
Very nice and nutty sparkler, with yeasty and pear aromas and flavors. A shade off brut, and all the better for it in my opinion. Bright gold color, nice finish.
Crisp, yeasty. Lemon. Almost creamy. Apple cider.
Fault...drinkable after 30 min, but not pleasant. Will review again.
External Reviews for Piper Heidsieck Brut Rose
The non-vintage Brut is a gorgeous pale straw yellow with tight rivulets of tiny bubbles. It is soft and creamy but still delightfully dry. Wonderful flavors of honey and strawberries, floral and vanilla notes, and a vibrant biscuity finish.
Wine Tasting NotesPale gold, sparkle and deep luminosity, fine bubbles. Start with wild flowers and cut grass giving very fresh notes leading to a light and nervy aroma of exotic fruit. Finally, more complex and joyful aromas, even harmonious pineapple and mango. A consistent attack, impression of yellow fruit jellies with mature but light flavors at the end, lots of presence, general impression: melting and very tasty.
Food Pairings for Piper Heidsieck Brut Rose

Part of the giant Pommery-Vranken group, Heidsieck & Co are not to be confused with either Charles Heidsieck or Piper-Heidsieck, though all three houses did spring from one original Champagne family house. This champagne is a off-dry sparkling wine made predominantly from Pinot Noir, it has a very nice stream of pin-prick bubbles and a golden color.
