Pio Cesare has harvested grapes for their Moscato from a few select vineyards in the village of Treiso and Madonna di Como for over a hundred years.
Soft pressing followed by slow fermentation at a low temperature and bottling commences in March.
The Moscato d´Asti is a sweet wine, rich in fruit scents, soft and alluring.
It is a clear, bright glossy gold yellow colour with a ripe fruit and acacia flower bouquet.
On the palate, the wine is soft and sweet, but with a definite strength.white
