Pio Cesare Arneis Langhe(2005)

Winemaker Notes
Arneis is an ancient native grape variety of the Langhe and Roero districts that has grown in popularity in the past decades. Traditionally the wine is rather light in style with a short life, however Pio Cesare crafted an Arneis of a different style. With meticulous selection of the grapes at the picking, scrupulous care in limiting the yield of the wines and a long fermentation on the lees in inox tanks we created an Arneis of exceptional quality. It has significant complexity, depth, aromas and a longer life than its counterparts.
