The 2008 Dessimis opened up with aromas of tea leaves, ripe melon, floral honey notes and a mix of brie and confectioners sugar. On the palate, it was soft and caressing with a zing of acidity, showing flavors of apple, vanillin, butter roasted nuts and sweet sun tea. A bit of alcohol is noticeable but fades as the long finish displays ripe wild berries.
