Food Pairings for Pinot Grigio
An intense Pinot Grigio, benefiting from extended grape hang time, whole cluster pressing and long, slow fermentation in once used French oak barrels creating a flavorful, dry, crisp, white wine with peach and melon flavors that linger on the palate. The wine was bottled at the end of May 2006. The wine drinks especially well by itself, and complements appetizers, fish, and light meats very well.
