Crispness is the word to define this sophisticated white. At 12.5% ABV the level of alcohol may be a little high to appreciate the fruitiness found in most Pinot Gris. As a result, it comes across as a little more bold than would be expected of a wine I usually expect to be on the light side. It stands up well to pork, but is equally good paired with seafood. Good price for your everyday dinner wine.
scent is a bit sweet, hint of straw slightly spritzy salty with a tangy finish
has a toasty/tomato scent sour, berry flavor thin, not much finish
I have tasted urine that was better than this!
I have ingested urine that has tasted better than this.
Ripe cherry nose, and smooth velvet finish
