User Reviews for Pike & Joyce Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills

Winemaker's Notes:

Colour: Brilliant pale green. Aroma: Very attractive fresh aromas of passionfruit , guava and a little citrus backed up by notes of snowpeas, nettles and mineral. Palate: Fresh, crisp and zesty in the mouth and finishes with a vibrant tropical / nettle flourish. Quite richly flavoured, but still has elegance, subtlety and finishes pleasantly dry. Summary: This wine can only enhance the growing status of Adelaide Hills as Australia’s best Sauvignon Blanc region. This wine has freshness and concentration, but also restraint, subtlety and poise. Try this up against a NZ version and see which you prefer. Great with caramelised onion and goat’s cheese tartlet.
