Pierre Sparr Alsace One 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

Floral, citrus and peach notes grace this gentle well balanced white, whose subtlety belies an underlying persistence, ending in a long, languid finish.

Middle of the road - went well with Mexican food. Not much in terms of distinctive aromas. Light on the palate, medium acidity. No long finish.

There is only 1 "one" and this interesting white blend(40% Muscat, 40% Riesling, 20% Pinot Gris) is definitely worth a taste!

Softly light yellow glares the blend Alsace One in the glass. In the nose first of all freshly and minerally, light notes of fruity lychee, firestone and grass appear, paired with exotic flavors of pineapple and papaya.
