"...The nose is cool, airy and discreet and the considerable altitude more evident than in the Quintessence, with a white flower and freshly sliced grapefruit aromas that slide gracefully into detailed, crisp and mineral-driven flavors that possess excellent detail on the fine and understated finish where notes of green apple appear on the lacy, chiseled and bone dry finish.
