Pierre Boniface Apremont is 100 Percent Jacquere for the Savoie near the French Alps. Quite delicate, with green melon, citrus and white rose aromatics, crisp acidity and a very pure finish.

This is one of those incredibly fruit-forward dry whites that seem almost too good to be true. Produced in a tiny sub-region called Apremont in the easternmost part of France known as the Savoie, it is fresh, easy-drinking, and always a crowd favorite when lightly chilled.

Winemaker's Notes:

Delicate and feather-light, it offers green apple and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and extremely refreshing, with crystal clear purity. Enjoy on its own, or pair with cheeses (especially fondue) or simple fish, chicken, or pasta dishes.
