A surprisingly decent drop. Great with spicy foods, particularly Thai. Actually tends to remind me of the romance and beauty of the French Riviera region, and those hazy Summer afternoons spent on the bank of a sparkling river. All of a sudden a naked woman runs across the other side of the river and before you can gather yourself a waiter in full dress arrives next to you, presenting you with a bubbling glass of Pierlant. Not many sparklings fit such a scene - Pierlant is one of them.
