Piedrasassi Syrah Central Coast 2010
Red raspberry in the nose. Soft tannins accompany a spicy finish.
Three and a half glasses
Jammy, dark fruit, a touch of honey. Pleasant enough but I have to admit that I didnt get this wine. Maybe just overshadowed by the Spottswoode CS 01 we drank before it. But seems generic. If tasted blindly, it could be mistaken for a variety of varietals or regions.
