Good balance with orange and citrus notes and some mild oaky flavor. Really nice!
Mild sweetness -- white fruits and a dry finish. Hints of oak.
External Reviews for Philippe Colin Chassagne Montrachet
This estate bottled white Burgundy is from but very high quality producer. It just scored 91 from the Wine Spectator and Wine & Spirts scored it 90 points saying "A generous, supple Chassagne with a glossy sheen of orange zest and pear-like fruit, this is full in the middle, tight and pithy in the end. Spicy warmth drives the finish, though the wine's clean lines focus it for development over the next several years."
