This is an extremely limited Cabernet from grapes planted at an elevation of 2000 feet on Spring Mountain. Rich, concentrated fruit, a balanced mouth feel with structure and acidity, and a long, toasty cassis finish.

This is an extremely limited Cabernet from grapes planted at an elevation of 2000 feet on Spring Mountain. Rich, full bodied, concentrated fruit, a balanced mouth feel with structure, sweet tannins and a licorice and cedar finish.
