Pg St M-Eppan Anger 2009
St. Michael Eppan, the innovative Winery situated along the Wine Route, is considered one of the best wineries in South Tyrol and Italy. St. Michael Eppan Winery, with its 355 members, 350 hectares of vineyard and 2.5 million bottles sold every year, has become renowned worldwide. The „Sanct Valentin“ label alone is enoughenough to thrill wine lovers and connoisseurs.
Light, with a small bite at the end. A touch creamy.
The color is a lively light golden yellow. Citrus aromas - primarily lemon and lime - are complemented by great minerality and yeasty notes. A bit of honey emerges over a bit of time and with some swirling. The mouthfeel is rich but not heavy with a solid acidity and some bitterness. Lemon, minerality, and honey, as well as stone fruits, fill the palate. A long, pleasant finish. See more about this wine and others at: www.winedinewith.us

It is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, good structure and rich flavors of apples, pears, peaches and citrus. The wine is well balanced to enjoy now and over the next 3-5 years. It is dry and smooth on the palate, and leaves a long, pleasing finish.Enjoy St Michael-Eppan Pinot Grigio with filet of sole, grilled chicken, fruit salads and mild cheeses.
Pretty aromas of sliced white peach follow through to a full-bodied palate, with bright, lemony fruit and a long, crisp finish. A racy style. Drink now.
Fresh and superclean, with peach and lemon on the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, leaving a pleasant dry stone aftertaste. Drink now.
The 2009 Pinot Grigio is very pretty in this vintage. It is an especially round, generous Pinot Grigio, with lovely depth to its fruit and a long, perfumed finish. Anticipated maturity: 2010ndash;2012.
Displays spicy apple and peach notes, with silky mineral character. Medium-bodied, with clean acidity and a fruity finish. Subtle and layered. Drink now.
Lime, lemon blossom, and a nice mineral quality describe this wine. Lightweight, but with well-integrated acidity, it makes a safe match for seafood, vegetables and white meat.
