Winemaker's Notes:
This delightful Pewsey Vale Riesling is a great example of Eden Valley at its finest. A hint of toast overlies the still intense lime and citrus fruit. Although this is certainly citrus dominated, with lime juice and marmalade, there is a crushed stone minerality at the finish. The wine is only just showing the first signs of bottle age after five years, indicating there is still a long future in front of it. Clean and dry with refreshing natural acidity.
