Intense nose of accasia flowers, spicy gingerbread and hints of white nectarine. Elegant mousse, elegant and balanced champagne with flavours of dried apricot, manuka honey, macadamia nut and some fresh vanilla pod with a fresh, mineral (chalky, flinty) finish.
