Light yellow straw in color with fresh aromas of peach nectar, lemon and a bit of butter cookie. The palate shows lemon rind and sweet pear but is all focused on the first impression with very little mid-palate performance. The acidity is fresh and focus and follows through to sour citrus finish. Not a wine to think on but a wonderful simple sipper that paired well with the dinner.
