What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Reviews

Rating: 91/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 132, May/June 2007 ($48) Green-gold. Citrus pith, pear, white flowers and a hint of smoked meat on the nose, with a light touch of gunflint. Fresh and tightly wound, with racy citrus and pit fruit flavors lifted by a strong peppery note. The zesty, spicy quality extends through a long, mouthwatering finish, which shows striking depth and precision.
