Peter Michael Les Pavots Knights Valley(1996)

Blend: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc,
17% Merlot & 5% Petit Verdot
Aged 18 months in French oak barrels from selected artisan coopers
Alcohol: 15.1%

Spectacularly rich
and intense, the fruit of the younger vines brings additional aromas
of red cherries, plums and red pepper to the complex bouquet.
The palate is full-bodied, rich and concentrated, exhibiting
abundant, youthful yet supple tannins and a lingering finish. Fruit
forward and enjoyable at release time, this great wine should age
well for a decade.
